We understand the unique nuances and stakeholders in new construction appraisals as well as the unique needs of our clients. We ensure that appraisals are fair, accurate and timely. We also ensure that we maintain our professional integrity while considering the needs of our clients.

Often, we have access to Closed & Pending Sales that may not be listed in MLS or public records. This is extremely helpful when searching for recent sales within new home communities. When an appraiser generates and then downloads the Comp Report, the report will include the sales data, a copy of the ALTA or Closing Disclosure, and the Options Summary if available.

We have a deep understanding of new construction guidelines and can easily adhere to unique lender/builder requests.
